  • Guest：Wonderful service One of my favorite hotels to stay in when I’m Jerusalem! Fabulous service and the staff is outstanding!
  • Guest：It is a simple 3-4 star hotel. That being said, the staff is very friendly and good. The breakfast was not gourmet but very good. and the location is fabulous. I would definitely return.
  • Guest：The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!
  • Guest：Not bad for the price! This property is a bit long in the tooth. Needs some freshening up. Breakfast buffet was extensive, but not very good. The items that were supposed to be hot, such as eggs and shakshuka, never were. That was a disappointment. Coffee and juice were good.
